This is a tour specifically designed to sight all the 16 endemics of the Western Ghats as well as most of the 68 South Indian endemics, besides the more than 500 species of birds in the peninsula. The tour encompasses Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary at Thattekkad, Periyar, Munnar, Top Slip, Ooty, Masinagudi, Bandipur, Ranganthittu & Kokre Bellur.

Likely Species: Whitebellied Treepie, Rufous Babbler, Crimsonbacked Sunbird, White Bellied Blue Flycatcher, Wayanad Laughing Thrush, Malabar Parakeet, Malabar Grey Hornbill besides owls like the Mottled Wood Owl, Oriental Bay Owl, Oriental scopes owl, Brown Fish Owl, Oriental Scopes Owl and Spotbellied Eagle Owl. Red Spurfowl, Grey Jungle Fowl, Indian Pitta, Black-throated Munia, Grey headed fishing eagle, Yellow Throated Bulbul, Indian Robin, Sirkeer Malkoha, Short Toed Snake Eagle, Bluefaced Malkoha, Black eagle, Nilgiri Pipit, Painted Bush Quail, Nilgiri Wood Pigeon, Black & Orange Flycatcher, Nilgiri Flycatcher, Whitebellied Shortwing, Broadtailed Grassbird, Grasshopper Warbler.

Cancellation charges are 30 days before arrival date 25%, 21 days before arrival date 50%, 15 days before arrival date 90%, 7 days before arrival date 100% of the total itinerary cost.

Remaining balance to reach Asian Adventures at least 30 days before tour commencement by wire transfer (to bank account stated above) or by sending a cheque made payable to Asian Adventures to the above address. Alternatively you can pay the balance in cash upon arrival.
